The King and Prince is a Georgia hotel with ocean view accommodations and features designed for everyone.

The King and Prince offers 198 guest rooms in a variety of buildings, room decor and views, including specialty suites, guest houses and two- and three-bedroom villas.  Resort room rates vary based on season. Located in the Historic Main Building are three deluxe ocean front Tower Rooms, two elegant suites and eight stunning Cabana Rooms directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with inviting parlors and private seaside patios.

With their exceptional views, parlors and private patios these beautiful guest rooms directly overlook the Ocean and are our most requested room type.

Fall Season (August 15 to November 27, 2010) rates are $209 to $299 per night.  Discounted rates may be available on certain dates.

St. Simons Suite

This deluxe one bedroom junior suite with a step-down parlor area and breath taking ocean and beach views creates a luxurious guest experience.

Governor's Suite

On two floors with spectacular panoramic ocean views, this grand, one bedroom suite offers the ultimate guest experience.

Fall Season (August 15 to November 27, 2010) rates are $279 to $399 per night.  Discounted rates may be available on certain dates.

Situated on the North and South of the main resort building , these two- and three-bedroom villas offer a patio or balcony with either an ocean front or partial ocean view. Each villa floor plan includes a combination living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with place settings for eight. Both the North and South Villas include their own pools and separate gated parking areas.

Two Bedroom Villas feature a master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with either one queen bed or two twin beds. Both bedrooms have full private bathrooms.

Three Bedroom Villas feature a king bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed in the second bedroom and either one queen bed or two twin beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has a full private bathroom.

The Wesley House

The one bedroom Wesley House evokes the special feel of the quaint beach cottages that are so much a part of St. Simons' cherished history.

The Tabby House

Our Tabby House welcomes you to an ocean-side retreat celebrated as our finest accommodations. Each two bedroom ultra-luxurious suites can be reserved singularly or together.

Fall Season (August 15 to November 27, 2010) rates are $307 to $439 per night.  Discounted rates may be available on certain dates.

The Hampton House

The five bedroom Hampton House is a large two-story, 4,000 sq. ft. home ideal for multi-family gatherings, golf groups, or several couples.

The Meadows House

The Meadows House is a five level beach house which features numerous screened and open air porches, a gourmet kitchen, and a widows peak that overlooks the King and Prince.

The Wynn Cottage

The Wynn Cottage is a quaint two level beach cottage located just steps from the beach.  This one bedroom cottage features a king sized bed, full kitchen and living room.

Limeburn Town Home

The Limeburn Town Home, located at The King and Prince Golf Course, is the ideal choice for an avid golfer.  With three spacious bedrooms and access to all resort amenities at The King and Prince, this town home is perfect for a golf getaway.
