Familia Meadows House

The Meadow’s House is the quintessential beach cottage with all of the amenities of a lavish penthouse suite.  Located just steps from the Resort’s property, this home offers five levels of accommodations, including four bedrooms, that are sure to please and entertain the most discriminating guest.

Upon entering the house, guests flow into a high ceiling, open dining area with hardwood floors and adjoining kitchen. Perfect for either the family or professional chef, the gourmet kitchen is equipped with a range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, espresso machine, dual coffee brew system, trash compactor, dishwasher, plasma TV, and much more.

Adjacent to the dining area is a living room loft with a 55” rear projection TV, fireplace, and ample seating to entertain guests, as they oversee meal preparations in the lower level kitchen and dining room. Two patios and a screened-in porch are located off of the living room and dining area and offers a bar-b-q grill.

Upstairs from the main living area is a fabulous verandah, a covered patio perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. This alfresco area features luxurious patio seating, wet bar, refrigerator, fireplace, and a wonderful view of The King and Prince Resort.

The four bedrooms in the Meadows House are located on the lower level with ample bed and bath space for up to eight guests. The master suite features a king bed, generous closet with safe, French doors to a private patio, a flat screen TV, and private Jacuzzi bath. The additional bedrooms include a queen bedded suite with private bath and flat screen TV, a twin bedded room with a flat screen TV, and a room outfitted with a bunk bed set and TV with DVD/VCR & Game Ports for kids, as well as one additional full bathroom. The laundry closet with full washer and dryer is located conveniently on this level.

Other features of this magnificent beach house include wireless broadband internet access throughout the house, ceiling fans in sleeping and living areas and the outside patios. An outdoor foot bath, bike rack, and dual zone AC will welcome you back from fulfilling days at the beach and exploring the island.

Guests staying in the Familia Meadows House enjoy all of the resort amenities including the ocean front pools, tennis courts, exercise room and room service.

A two night minimum stay is required year round.

Fall Season (August 15 to November 27, 2010) rates are $370 to $529 per night. Discounted rates may be available on certain dates.
