This two story condo invites guests into an open kitchen, living, and dining room area. The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and complete cooking utensils and place settings for six people. The living area features a wall mounted flat screen TV and gas fireplace, which leads to a screened porch and patio area that overlooks the classic ninth hole and club house of the Hampton Club golf course.
The three bedrooms are located on the second floor, which can be accessed via the stairway or elevator. The spacious master suite is furnished with a king bed, a comfortable seating area and private bath. The additional two bedrooms feature two twin beds and a queen bedded room, each with their own private baths. The townhome is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
Guests enjoy all of the amenities of The King and Prince Resort including the oceanfront pools and beach area and the complimentary exercise room and tennis courts. Limeburn Village has its own private swimming pool and cookout verandah, too.
A three night minimum stay is required year round.
Fall Season (August 15 to November 27, 2010) rates are $230 to $329 per night.
