The centerpiece of a multi-million dollar renovation project is a collection of guest rooms in the Historic Main Building. 57 dramatically expanded rooms await guests where 70 once existed, including three premier oceanfront Tower Rooms, two elegant Suites and eight stunning Cabana rooms situated directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with inviting parlors and private seaside patios. Sixteen of the Building’s rooms feature private balconies, and all are luxurious and comfortably appointed with one king bed or two queen beds, a small table for two or a desk and a relaxing chair, 27” flat screen TV, CD/DVD player and complimentary wi-fi access.
Suites, Cabanas, and Tower Rooms
Governor's Suite: Among the Resort’s most recognizable architectural features is the circular tower that rises a few steps from the surf. Here, on two floors with spectacular panoramic ocean views, is a grand, one bedroom suite and, perhaps, the Resort’s ultimate guest experience. The first floor features a large, comfortable parlor, wet bar and half bath. A curved stairway leads up to the lavishly decorated bedroom looking out over the Ocean. This bedroom is complete with a four-poster king bed and a full private bathroom with jetted tub. Open the windows and let the ocean breezes and surf sounds sooth and serenade you. |

St. Simons Suite: The St. Simons Suite is a deluxe one bedroom junior suite with step-down parlor area. Guest comforts include a king bed, wet bar, a deep jetted tub and walk-in shower. The parlor completes this luxurious setting with a loveseat and chair where guests can relax and enjoy a second TV or the wonderful ocean views. This spacious junior suite may be combined with the adjacent ocean front room for a more spacious two bedroom experience. |

Tower Rooms: The décor and historic ambiance of these three unique, oceanfront rooms on the Historic Main Building’s third floor will delight you with their cathedral ceilings, antique furnishings, and original hardwood floorings with area rugs. The views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean are excellent.

Ocean Front Rooms: The six ocean front king bedded rooms on the second floor of the Historic Building feature beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Five rooms offer private balconies and one room offers an interior, step-down parlor area, with wonderful views of the ocean.

Partial Ocean View Rooms: These rooms offer a partial ocean view facing north towards East Beach. These guest rooms feature either one king or two queen beds and some of the second floor rooms offer private balconies with ocean views.

Resort View Rooms: With views of the resort grounds or the Historic Buildings gardens, these rooms offer one king bed or two queen beds. Some of these rooms offer private balconies and a few of the two queen bedded rooms are our largest rooms at the resort.

Standard Rooms: These are the Resort’s most economically-priced guest rooms and offer one king bed or two queen beds, yet offer the luxurious décor of the Historic Building.
