Our newly renovated Oceanfront Building offers either king-bedded rooms or two queen-bedded rooms. Each features dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows as well as a patio or balcony overlooking the Resort’s pools and the Atlantic Ocean.
The Historic Main Building features king-bedded rooms on the second floor; five present balconies and one offers an oceanfront step-down parlor area.
Fall Season (August 17, 2008 to November 22, 2008) rates are $207 to $259 per night. Winter Season (November 23, 2008 to February 12, 2009) rates are $159 to $199 per night. Discounted rates may be available on certain dates.
These rooms offer a partial ocean view and are located in the Oleander Building and the Historic Main Building. Guest rooms feature either one king or two queen beds partially viewing the ocean and beach.
Fall Season (August 17, 2008 to November 22, 2008) rates are $191 to $239 per night. Winter Season (November 23, 2008 to February 12, 2009) rates are $143 to $179 per night. Discounted rates may be available on certain dates.
Located in the Historic Main Building, these rooms feature either one king or two queen beds with views of the resort grounds and gardens.
Fall Season (August 17, 2008 to November 22, 2008) rates are $175 to $219 per night. Winter Season (November 23, 2008 to February 12, 2009) rates are $127 to $159 per night. Discounted rates may be available on certain dates.
The Resort’s most economically-priced guest rooms offer one king or two queen beds, yet offer the luxurious decor of the Oglethorpe Building and the Historic Main Building.

Situated on the North and South of the main Resort building , these two- and three-bedroom Villas offer a patio or balcony with either an oceanfront or partial ocean view. Each Villa floorplan includes a combination living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with place settings for eight. Both the North and South Villas include their own pools and separate gated parking areas.
