Oceanfront Rooms in the Oceanfront Building

Each room offers floor-to-ceiling views of the Resort’s pools and the Atlantic Ocean. Ground floor rooms feature patios and upper floor rooms have private balconies which allow for the enjoyment of the refreshing island breezes and the gorgeous views. The interior decorator for the Resort drew inspiration from the ocean, beach, and marsh, blending the essence of the outdoors into each guest room with vibrant splashes of blue, a hint of the sun, and the natural colors of the sand and sea grass.

All rooms offer either one king bed or two queen beds, a sofa loveseat or couch (each with a pull-out bed), a desk with two upholstered chairs, a mini-refrigerator, a 37” flat panel LCD TV with CD/DVD player, and complimentary wi-fi access.

Spring Season (February 12 to May 24, 2012) rates are $214 to $305 per night. Discounted rates may be available on certain dates.

Summer Season (May 25 to August 11, 2012) rates are from $235 to $335 per night. Discounted rates may be available on certain dates. 

Oceanfront Rooms in the Historic Building

The Historic Main Building features 57 guest rooms, including three premier oceanfront Tower Rooms, two elegant Suites, and eight stunning Cabana rooms situated directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with inviting parlors and private seaside patios. Sixteen of the Building’s rooms feature private balconies, though all are luxurious and comfortably appointed with one king bed or two queen beds, a small table for two or a desk and a relaxing chair, a 27” flat screen TV with CD/DVD player, and complimentary wi-fi access.

Spring Season (February 12 to May 24, 2012) rates are $214 to $305 per night. Discounted rates may be available on certain dates.

St. Simons Suite

The St. Simons Suite is a deluxe one bedroom junior suite with step-down parlor area. Guest comforts include a king bed, a wet bar, a deep jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The parlor completes this luxurious setting with a loveseat and chair where guests can relax and enjoy a second TV or the wonderful ocean views. This spacious junior suite may be combined with the adjacent ocean front room for a more spacious two bedroom experience.

Cabana Rooms

These beautiful guest rooms, directly overlooking the Ocean, are the most heavily requested out of all of our rooms. The exceptional views provide a breathtaking setting for the inviting parlors and private seaside patios. Our popular beachside swings are just steps away. The luxuriously designed interiors feature a king bed, two TVs and a separate step-down parlor area.

Tower Rooms

The décor and historic ambiance of these three unique, oceanfront rooms on the Historic Main Building’s third floor will delight you with their cathedral ceilings, antique furnishings, and original hardwood floorings with area rugs. The views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean are excellent.

Oceanfront Villas

Sun and sea are your companions in one of the Resort’s comfortable Beach Villas. Each two or three bedroom Villa is a seaside paradise with ocean front or partial ocean views. Our two Beach Villa buildings (north and south of the main Resort building) both offer a private pool and hot tub, gas grills, and gated parking. Villa guests enjoy access to all Resort amenities.
