It's A Wonderful Life performance at the Historic Ritz Theatre - Friday December 13th to Friday December 20th. Ritz Radio Theatre presents the beloved holiday story - of an angel who helps a despairing businessman by showing what life would have been like if he never existed - just as it would have been done in the 1940s as a live radio drama - in front of a live audience, with period costume and sound effects. Santa and the Sea Turtles - Saturday, December 14th, from 12pm to 3pm, Georgia Sea Turtle Center, Jekyll Island. Santa visits good girls and boys every year, so why not sea turtles? He’s stopping in for a visit along his Christmas migratory route. Sit on his lap, tell him your wish, and admire his red and white suit! Make a festive ornament to adorn your Christmas tree, then visit our sea turtle patients to hear their special Christmas story!
Pier Village Holiday Market - Saturday & Sunday, December 14th to 15th - 10am to 5pm. Enjoy a variety of festive holiday arts and crafts at Postell Park on St. Simons Island. There will be everything from painted ceramic and wood, hand woven cotton clothing, hand blended organic teas, and more.

Year-Round Events and Activities
First Fridays - The first Friday of every month stroll the streets of downtown Brunswick. Listen to live music inside and outside, and sample food and drinks. Hours are from 5-8PM.
Second Sundays - 1pm to 7pm. This popular family-friendly music event takes place on the second Sunday of each month at Gascoigne Bluff on St. Simons Island. Each month, the proceeds from Second Sunday benefit a variety of select local charitable organizations. Hundreds of music fans, families, friends - locals and visitors alike - who converge on the park armed with lawn chairs, blankets and coolers, enjoy listening to the live music. Raffle tickets are sold for door prizes contributed by area businesses. Kids can play in the inflatable bounce house and slides. Don’t miss out on this fun-filled community event!

Art Classes with Glynn Art Association - Established in 1953, Glynn Art Association is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization serving as the community’s VISUAL ARTS CENTER. It is supported by donations from members, visual artists and patrons. The Glynn Art Association’s mission is to promote and encourage creative expression within our community with an emphasis on the visual arts. Golden Isles Speedway - Waynesville, GA (about a 40-minute drive from the Resort) - a 4/10 mile, high-banked, D-shaped dirt track hosts a regular program featuring Limited Late Model, Super Street, Hobby Stock, E-Mod Modified, and Box Stock divisions, along with Spectator and Powder Puff races. “Shaggin’ at Ziggy’s!”- Golden Isles Shag Club meets on Thursday nights at Ziggy Mahoney's with Beach Music DJ Wayne Bennett. No cover charge. Free Shag lessons with GISC members starting at 7 pm with DJ Wayne spinning the best in Beach, Boogie and Blues till 10pm. Doors open at 6pm for food and beverages.
