ECHO House Steak Sauce

Our delicious house steak sauce can be used to baste or dip any meat in.


  • 30oz A1 Steak Sauce
  • 20oz Heinz 57
  • 12oz Reduced balsamic
  • 2 cups Apple juice
  • 1 cup Champagne vinegar
  • 1 cup Worcester
  • ½ cup Coarse ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup Hickory smoke seasoning
  • 3T Dijon mustard
  • 3T Minced garlic
  • 1 Whole shallot
  • 1T Fresh lemon juice
  • 1tsp Ground cinnamon


  • Combine shallot, garlic, lemon juice and apple juice in blender, blend on medium, then add remaining ingredients, blend on medium for 5 minutes.
