Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. daily.
Make a good morning great with our Southern Breakfast Buffet featuring made-to-order omelets, Belgian waffles, sizzling bacon, ham and Georgia peach sauce, sausage, biscuits and gravy, southern corn cakes, cheese grits, fresh fruit, pastries and much, much more. Lunch
Served in The Blue Dolphin Restaurant Sunday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Enjoy a delicious selection of Garden Salads, Chef inspired soups, Butcher Block Sandwiches, and local favorites such as our Seafood Quiche. Whether it's our Grilled Lemon Peppered Grouper, Wild Georgia Shrimp Salad or Seafood Gumbo you'll be sure to find something for everyone in your group or family. Lunch is also served alfresco at the Paradise Beach Bar & Grill from April through September, weather permitting.

Dinner
Served in The Blue Dolphin Restaurant Sunday through Saturday 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Enjoy delicious regional fare including legendary Jumbo Lump Island Crab Cakes. We serve only Certified Angus Beef, the top 8% quality beef available in the United States. Our signature Frederica Filet or our slow-roasted Prime Rib is sure to please the beef lover. No dinner is complete in The Blue Dolphin Restaurant until you have treated yourself to our famous fresh baked Georgia Peach Souffles. Attire is resort casual.

Friday Night Seafood Buffet
Served from 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., every Friday evening.
Feast on chilled and steamed crab legs, oysters on the half shell, Peppered Fried Shrimp, Peel and Eat Shrimp, Lemon Peppered Grilled Grouper, Sole in a Fennel Cream Sauce, Almond Tilapia, Hand Carved Prime Rib, Chef prepared Pastas, Hush Puppies and Crab Fritters. Fresh salads, vegetables, as well as decadent desserts and much, much more. Reservations are recommended.

Paradise Beach Bar and Grill
