What is the reservation confirmations, deposit and guarantee policy?

Reservations can be booked online or by contacting our Reservations Department at 800-342-0212 and must be confirmed and guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking, and applicable deposits and cancellation policies apply (see below).

Are there any deposit requirements?

All accommodations reservations require a credit card guarantee, but no deposit. The credit card will only be charged in cases described in "Cancellations and Charges" below.

What is King & Prince Beach & Golf Resort's cancellation policy?

To cancel a reservation, contact The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort's Reservation Department and receive a cancellation number.

Cancelling a reservation within 3 days of the arrival date, or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date, will result in a penalty charge of one night's room and tax. The cancellation policy is subject to change during holidays and special events.

Are there any additional charges?

Rates are subject to taxes and Resort Services Fee. Please contact our Reservations Department at 800-342-0212 for more information.

What are acceptable payment methods?

The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort accepts cash, check, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

What are the check-in/check-out times?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00am. We can not guarantee early check-in; however, you may request an early check-in. Please let our Reservations Department know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

*COVID-19 impacts to check-in: As mentioned in our pre-stay email, check-in traditionally begins at 4:00 pm but the additional time required for sanitation means all guest accommodations may not be ready at that time. On days when we experience heavier departure patterns, it may be as late as 6:00 pm before rooms are available. If the room is clean and available at or before 4:00 pm, we will gladly check you in. In instances where your room is not ready upon arrival, we will store your luggage for you and invite you to enjoy the amenities of the resort. We apologize for these inconveniences and understand the frustration this may create.

Is there an early departure fee?

Hotel Rooms: You may alter your dates of stay until check-in. Early departure fees after check-in will be assessed at the full nightly room rate plus applicable taxes for all nights your stay is reduced.

Villas and Resort Residences: You may alter your dates of stay up to 3 days prior to arrival.

What housekeeping services does the resort have?

Based on updated industry standards providing minimized guestroom access during guests’ stays, your room will not be serviced daily. As we conform to this new normal, our housekeeping department has developed a creative and secure solution whereby additional amenities, such as fresh linens, towels and other guestroom offerings are exchanged when requested, with limited interaction and contact.

Resort Residences will only be cleaned before and after your stay, and a $100 cleaning fee will apply.

What are King & Prince Beach & Golf Resort Accessibility accommodations?

The Resort has two guest rooms that are fully ADA-compliant: an oceanfront room with king bed in the Oceanfront Building; and a deluxe with king bed in the Oleander Building. We also have several rooms and Beach Villas at the Resort that are ADA-accessible and which include bathroom hand rails. What are some miscellaneous extras?

Not all rooms are equipped with microwaves; however, they are available upon request at no additional charge. Pack and Plays are also available upon request.

Our dedicated, professional event staff is available for planning business conferences, meetings, weddings and special events within the Resort’s 10,000 sq. ft. of premier, ocean-side function space.
