Oceanfront Lawn
Only steps from the Ocean, the fully landscaped Lawn is an incredible site for outdoor functions, whether it is a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, or reception.
Wedding Ceremony – up to 100 people (with center aisle)
Ceremony & Reception – up to 50 people (in conjuction)
Seated Meal – up to 200 people
Hors D’oeuvres Reception – up to 300
-No tents or dance floor
-Music until 10 PM
Rental Fee - equivalent to that of the back-up location utilized in the event of inclement weather. The indoor back up location may not be the venue in which you are hosting another event.
Lanier Ballroom
The Lanier Ballroom is the largest banquet space available at The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort.
Seated Meal – up to 270 people
Seated Meal with Dance Floor – up to180 people
Hors D’oeuvres Reception – up to 300
-Music until 12 midnight
Rental Fee - $2000
Retreat Room
The Retreat Room is a second floor, Ocean Front room. It’s lobby boasts a working antique bar and fireplace. The Retreat Room has rounded windows that offer a breathtaking 180º view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Wedding Ceremony – up to 100 people (with center aisle)
Seated Meal – up to 80 people
Seated Meal with Dance Floor – up to 50 people with dance floor
Hors D’oeuvres Reception – up to 125
-Music until 12 midnight

Delegal Dining Room
A ground floor, Ocean Front room, the Delegal is the formal dining room of the Resort. It features large picture windows with antique stained glass transoms that overlook the Lawn and the Atlantic Ocean.
Seated Meal – up to 200 people
Seated Meal with Dance Floor –150 people with dance floor
Hors D’oeuvres Reception – up to 260 people
-Music until 11 PM

Solarium
The Solarium was the original lobby of the hotel. It is a beautifully appointed and fully furnished parlor on the ground floor of the hotel. The Solarium has large windows with wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and a working fireplace.
Wedding Ceremony – up to 50 people (with center aisle
Seated Meal – up to 60 people
Hors D’oeuvres Reception – up to 125 people
-Acoustic music only until 9:30 PM
-No dance floor

The Resort reserves the right to relocate the function to the back up location in the event of inclement weather.
