Lanier Ballroom
The Lanier Ballroom is the largest banquet space available at The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort.
Strolling Reception – up to 300 guests
Seated Meal (plated or buffet) – up to 270 guests
Seated with Dance Floor – up to 180 guests
All types of music are allowed in Lanier until 12 midnight

Delegal Dining Room
A ground floor, Ocean Front room, the Delegal is the formal dining room of the Resort. It features large picture windows with antique stained glass transoms overlooking the Lawn and the Atlantic Ocean.
Strolling Reception – up to 260 guests
Seated Meal (plated or buffet) – up to 200 guests
Seated Meal with Dance Floor – up to 150 guests
All types of music are allowed until 11 pm in the Delegal
Rental Fee - $2000
Retreat Room
The Retreat Room is a second floor, Ocean Front room. The lobby boasts a working antique bar and fireplace. The Retreat Room has rounded windows that offer a breathtaking 180º view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Strolling Reception – up to 125 guests
Seated Meal (plated or buffet) – up to 80 guests
Seated Meal with Dance Floor – up to 50 guests
Ceremony with Center Aisle – up to 100 guests
All types of music are allowed until 12:00 midnight

Solarium
The Solarium is the original lobby of the hotel. It is a beautifully appointed and fully furnished parlor on the ground floor of the hotel. The Solarium has large windows with wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and a working fireplace.
Strolling Reception – up to 125 guests
Seated Meal (plated or buffet) – up to 50 guests
Ceremony with Center Aisle – up to 50 guests
Acoustic music is allowed in the Solarium until 9:30 pm. No microphones, speakers, or amplification of any kind are allowed.
-No dance floor

Oceanfront Lawn
Only a step from the Ocean, the fully landscaped Lawn is an incredible site for outdoor functions, whether it is a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, or reception.
Ceremony with Center Aisle – up to 100 guests
Seated Meal (plated or buffet) – up to 200 guests
Strolling Reception – up to 300 guests
All types of music are allowed on the lawn until 10:00 pm. Please check with your Wedding Catering Manager to see about tents and dance floors.

Note: The Delegal and Lanier Ballroom may be used for meals or receptions only.
When using stages, dance floors and AV equipment, capacities will be reduced.
With the rental fee, the resort will provide the following at no additional charge:
- We welcome the idea of you bringing in your own cakes, floral displays, DJ or band, and photographer
- Cutting and service of wedding cake(s).
- Discounted sleeping rooms for your guests
- Setup and break down of all of our guest tables, chairs, and white satin jacquard linens
- Setup of guest book table, cake table and gift table
- China, flatware and glassware
- Votive candles for tables
- Bottle of champagne for bride and groom
- Space for rehearsal, based on availability. Please note resort staff does not oversee rehearsals or provide setup or breakdown of tables, chairs, etc. for rehearsals.
